Our tariffs range from $465.00 per week for a one bedroom apartment during our lowest season to $2,300.00 per week for a two bedroom apartment during our highest season.

Throughout the year we offer very competitive rates for arguably the nicest holiday apartments in Merimbula.

We generally cater for weekly bookings however, shorter stays are welcome when vacancies allow.

Prices quoted are weekly (Saturday -Saturday or

Sunday - Sunday) and based upon:-

2 Bedroom apartment ~ maximum of 4 persons;

1 Bedroom apartment ~ maximum of 2 persons.

Tariffs are slightly higher for bookings made weekly commencing Monday - Friday.  

(Occupancy levels in apartments may only be

exceeded with prior agreement of resident managers)

Linen is available for hire - $40.00 Queen, $20.00 single per week/visit

Limited Port-a-Cot, Folding Bed and High Chair availability
